Log Kayak Rack Warranty
Log Kayak Rack warrants the storage rack/s you purchased directly from us against defects in materials and workmanship when used for the intended purpose of holding kayaks/canoes/paddle boards (SUPs)/other small acceptable boats under normal use and conditions. Any unauthorized alterations or improper assembly damage will void the warranty we offer our customers.
The warranty is valid for one year on parts for the original owner only and warranty begins from the date of purchase. Log Kayak Rack will provide a replacement part, at no charge, for any part found defective in material or workmanship during the warranty period (of a year). We, the manufacturer, cannot – under any circumstances – be responsible for damages or failures that occur as a result of improper assembly or failure to adjust, store or operate the log kayak storage racks in anyway other than the intended (as per illustrated instructions online).
Conditions and Limitations Regarding Warranty
We offer a limited one-year warranty. We will service your kayak rack after the warranty expires for a minimal fee. Do not place Kayaks, Canoes or any item over the 100# limit on a pair of arms (or 50# per arm). Do not place tarps over rack for winter storage. Tarps can cause severe damage to the kayak rack when water or snow accumulates in folds or droops in a tarp. The weight limit of 100# per pair of arms gets surpassed fast. If you are in high snow accumulation regions. Do not leave watercraft on the rack for winter storage. Snow will increase weight immensely when snow sits on craft and surpass the weight limit. Do not hang on arms nor step on arms. Store all Kayaks and Canoes hull-down, so they do not collect water in the hull. The water will exceed the weight limit if it collects water. Racks must be anchored down in windy areas.
Please allow 11 business days handling time (15 days for roofed kayak racks) plus 2-5 say FedEx transit-time.

If you are not completely satisfied with the product you received from us you can return it, as long as it is in good condition (not damaged) – less shipping and handling charges. Our company will honor your opinion and the original purchase price of your item will be refunded. If the purchased item is being returned, notification to logkayakrack.com must be made within 7 days from receipt of goods and can be completed via email at firstname.lastname@example.org (recommended), by phone at 1-715-543-2006 or fax at 1-715-543-2109.
All cedar logs can have natural checking that does not affect the structure of the product. Natural checking or other visual wood defects do not qualify as defects, and as such, will not qualify for free returns/replacements.
